Meet the Founders

Shannon Wirth, MS, PMP
Principal Consultant

I’ve spent 15+ years working inside organizations that were doing important things and struggling to keep up with themselves, scaling too fast, running on workarounds, or watching good people burn out trying to hold everything together with duct tape and determination.

My work is about building the operational spine that makes forward motion sustainable. That’s looked different depending on the organization: designing the process that finally got two teams speaking the same language after years of handoff failures, standing up the entire non-clinical operating layer of a growing healthcare practice, rolling out systems that stuck long after I was gone. The through-line is always the same: find where the complexity is creating friction, build something that actually works for the people using it, and make sure it holds.

I’ve done this work across global tech, public sector, and mission-driven organizations. I specialize in the messy middle, where the vision is clear but the path forward isn’t, and where the right structure can change everything.
What I’ve learned is that the best systems aren’t imposed. They’re built with the people who have to live inside them. That’s what makes them stick.

John Wirth, RBLP-T
Leadership Coach & RBLP Instructor

I’ve spent over two decades in environments where the stakes were high, the teams were complex, and the margin for error was small. That experience, first in the military and now leading operations at RBLP, has shaped how I think about leadership: it’s not about having the right title. It’s about building the conditions where people can do their best work and organizations can deliver on what they promise.

At RBLP, I oversee the systems, processes, and teams that bring our leadership certification programs to life nationwide. My job is to make sure our strategy doesn’t just live on paper, that it translates into a consistently excellent experience for every candidate, partner, and stakeholder we serve.

Outside of RBLP, I serve as Vice President and Co-Founder of Gold Star Peak, a 501(c)(3) dedicated to supporting Gold Star Families and Veterans. We bring people together through shared outdoor experiences that foster connection, remembrance, and healing, and we support long-term well-being through scholarships and community programs. It’s some of the most meaningful work I do.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership and a Master of Science in Strategic Leadership from the University of Charleston. I believe in developing leaders who build resilient teams, because that’s the foundation everything else is built on.
